Client Agreement

Client has requested that Schematic Works LLC endeavor to repair said equipment and agrees to the following fee schedule and related terms and conditions concerning the work to be performed by Schematics Works LLC.

 Terms and Conditions:

 Each repair comes with a 30-day ( unless stated otherwise*) guarantee as to issues that may arise by work performed by Schematic Works LLC, in which case Schematic Works LLC will repair or replace the Equipment if work performed by Schematic Works LLC directly caused the defect.

 No repair will be made unless approved by an authorized manager or requisitioner. Approval is complete with payment made in advance; we do not accept terms. The client understands that the diagnosis process requires a systematic approach, and while troubleshooting issues, sometimes intentionally or inadvertently, Schematic Works LLC may fix the issue or problem. The above terms are subject to change by Schematic Works LLC at any time. The Client hereby agrees to the above terms and conditions as of the date set forth above and authorizes Schematic Works LLC to make the repairs to the equipment in accordance with the above.

•.    Equipment approved for repair or rejected and not picked up after 45 days of completion or rejection; Schematic Works LLC is not responsible for the equipment.

•.  ** Profoto discontinued all parts and service for the Profoto 8a 2400/1200ws pack and, therefore, can not be repaired or serviced with new parts. The only way to service Profoto 8a is by the cannibalism of packs and the rebuilding of boards.
